So on friday i did the Core day 1 and today i did the Cardio day 2. it is very difficult but very worth it you feel your body working.

Today i had a large coffee with pumpkin spice coffee matte .. not so healthy
for lunch i had a plate of pasta with shrimp.. not so healthy
i had a yogurt with honey and blackberries for snack
and dinner i had 2 whole wheat slices of bread with 2 slices of egg plant 3 slices of turkey, a tomato.

Tomorrow is a new day. recording what i eat everyday and the amount of exercise i do should help.. ill post bi weekly photos and weigh ins

intro

ok so im gonna explain my story. Ever since i was young my weight has fluctuated. i hate it. i have never been skinny and im not trying to be skinny.

In 2007 i was heavy i dont know how much i weighed i think it was around 185. In 2008 i got sick and could not control my stomach it just rejected everything i ate. i got down to 155 pounds. i was always hungry. i would not eat because i did not want to be sick.

Around Sept 2008 i stopped being sick, but i also entered a very unhealthy relationship. He cheated on me i deveoped anger issues.. so on and so on.

I began to eat A LOT! i gained 45 pounds and was 200 pounds.

We broke up in April 2010 and i was 200 pounds.. i started losing weight unhealthy i would not eat , then i would binge.

Today i am 160 pounds.

I am starting the p90x program and recording everything i eat. I will post pictures of my progress.
